Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a proactive Maintenance Engineer to join a fast-paced industrial maintenance team in the UK. You will ensure CNC machines and automated equipment run efficiently, plan scheduled maintenance, and respond to breakdowns.

The role requires fault diagnosis on CNC Mills, Turning Centres and Lathes, and working with electrical 3-phase, control IO, hydraulics and pneumatics. You will read detailed drawings and contribute to procedural improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience as a maintenance engineer in an industrial environment.
• Ability to diagnose faults on CNC machinery.
• Experience with electrical 3-phase, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Familiar with Fanuc control systems.

Responsibilities

• Fault diagnosis on CNC Mills, Turning Centres and Lathes
• Interpret electrical/mechanical drawings
• Identify root causes of breakdowns
• Plan and perform scheduled maintenance
• Assist with maintenance records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety and procedures
