Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer - Automation in Corby, Northamptonshire. You will perform fault finding, repairs, and preventive maintenance on a range of production and automated warehouse machinery.

The role requires hands-on electrical and mechanical skills in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a competitive salary (£47,000–£52,000) with overtime @1.5x, and benefits including training, pension contributions, and 29 days leave.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong electrical bias including 3-phase systems.
• Experience with automated warehouse machinery and conveyors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical fault finding, diagnostics, and timely repairs on production and automated warehouse machinery.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and improve reliability of equipment.
• Assist in engineering projects, equipment installations, and machinery upgrades as the site expands.
