BHC LTD in Carnwath, South Lanarkshire, is expanding its production team and seeks CNC / Machine Operators. The role is full-time in the workshop, with full training provided and no prior CNC experience required.

You will operate CNC and other machinery to process structural steel sections, maintain quality, and meet production targets. We value a mechanical mindset, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualificações

• Full training provided on state-of-the-art machinery.
• No prior CNC experience required.
• Mechanically minded with a hands-on approach and willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Operate CNC and other machinery to process structural steel safely and accurately.
• Ensure tooling is correct and fit for purpose before starting tasks.
• Record work activity using in-house tracking systems (TnT / Strumis).
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and follow health and safety procedures.
• Communicate with manager and maintenance to report machine issues.
• Perform regular accuracy checks to ensure quality products.
• Mark products correctly before passing to next operation.
