Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Measure and mark out plates for cutting and shaping.
• Operate plate cutting and edge preparation machines.
• Cut slots in metal and drill for punching holes.
• Guide cranes and hoists for assembling plates.
• Operate CNC and hand-controlled machines.
• Tack weld fabricated parts together.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Adhere to Health and Safety procedures.
