Job summary

The Best Connection Warrington is seeking an experienced CNC / Machine Operator to join a well-established manufacturing business in the Warrington area. This temp-to-perm opportunity offers long-term stability and the chance to secure a permanent position with a growing company.

You will operate CNC and other manufacturing machinery, ensuring products are produced safely, accurately and to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC or machine operating experience.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Experience using measuring equipment such as verniers and calipers.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and operating CNC machinery.
• Loading raw materials and unloading finished products.
• Reading and working from engineering drawings and specifications.
• Conducting quality checks using measuring equipment.
• Adjusting machine settings where required.
• Monitoring production runs and reporting faults.
• Ensuring work is completed to production targets.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Following all health and safety procedures.

Working Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 08:30 - 17:30 (1 hour unpaid lunch break)

Friday: 08:30 - 12:30

Pay Rate

£15.00 - £18.00 per hour, depending on experience.
