Job summary

The Best Connection is recruiting a CNC Operator in Warrington. This permanent role involves operating CNC routers, setting up machinery, reading drawings, and ensuring quality checks within a busy manufacturing environment.

You will work Monday to Thursday 08:30-17:30 and Friday mornings, with full training on safety equipment provided, a pension scheme, and an annual bonus. Salary ranges from £24,500 to £27,000 depending on experience.

Our client, a well-established manufacturer specialising in high-quality graphics, signage, and bespoke products in glass, acrylic and plastics is looking to recruit an experienced CNC Operator to join their growing team.

Duties will include:

• Preparing sheets using a flatbed applicator
• Operating CNC routers to manufacture products to specification
• Reading and working from drawings and production instructions
• Setting up materials and machinery for production runs
• Conducting quality checks on finished products
• Manual handling of materials and finished products
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Working closely with other departments to meet production deadlines

We are looking for:

• Previous CNC Router experience
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM software
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• A positive and proactive approach to work

Desirable Skills:

• Previous flatbed applicator experience
