Central Patternmaking Limited in Willenhall is seeking a full-time CNC Lathe Programmer/Operator to online program Doosan Lynx 300 CNC lathes with Fanuc I Series controllers. You will program from drawings and CAD/CAM data, set up machines, select tooling, and optimize parameters for precise production.

Responsibilities include reading engineering drawings, machining to tight tolerances, inspecting parts, and collaborating with engineering and production teams to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Online programming of Fanuc i Series controllers from drawings and CAD/CAM data.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings with dimensional tolerances.
• Proficient CNC programming for lathes, setting up programs, and toolpath optimization.
• Experience in ISO-certified environments preferred.

Responsabilités

• Program and operate Doosan Lynx 300 CNC lathes using Fanuc I Series controller.
• Read engineering drawings, set up machines, select tooling and optimize cutting parameters.
• Inspect finished parts and adjust programs or setups to maintain quality.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet deadlines and follow safety procedures.
