Precision People is recruiting for a CNC Laser Setter/Operator in Corby. You will operate an LVD Laser Cutting machine from engineering drawings, ensuring parts meet tight tolerances and quality standards.

Hours 08:00-16:00, Monday to Friday, with overtime available. Onsite parking provided. Competitive hourly pay up to £16.00 with overtime at enhanced rates.

Qualifikationen

• CNC Laser operating and setting experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Ability to work to tight tolerances and inspect parts.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.

Our established client is currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Laser Setter/Operator.

This is an exciting career move to join an established industry leader. Based in Corby, commutable from Kettering, Wellingborough & Northampton

Duties - CNC Laser Operator

• Operating and setting an LVD Laser Cutting machine
• Working from engineering drawings
• Working to tight tolerances
• Inspecting parts
• Loading and unloading of laser beds and sheet metal deliveries
• Operate any other machinery as per training

Key Skills / Experience Required

• CNC Laser operating and seting experience required
• CNC press brake experience would be an advantage
• Ability to understand and work from engineering drawings
• Hard working and motivated
• Keen eye for detail and able to work to tight tolerances
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
