Rubicon Recruitment Group in Ferndown is seeking an experienced CNC Grinder to join a specialist manufacturing team. You'll work on air bearing products, holding tight tolerances and following drawings and SOPs to produce high-quality components.

Formación

• Proven experience in CNC grinding.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry.
• Strong attention to detail with quality focus.
• Ability to work accurately to tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Operate multiple grinding machines or a single complex production setup.
• Work from drawings, process control documents and standard operating procedures.
• Manufacture parts to strict production schedules and timescales.
• Flag tooling, resource or process issues to your team leader promptly.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety requirements at all times.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
