Rubicon Recruitment Agency in Ferndown is seeking a skilled CNC Grinder to join a precision manufacturing team. You will operate grinding machines, read drawings, and manufacture parts to tight schedules, with up to £35,000 salary.

This permanent role offers a four-day week, excellent training, on-site parking, pension, BUPA after probation, and career progression within a supportive environment.

Responsabilités

• Operate multiple grinding machines or a single complex production setup.
• Work from drawings, process control documents and standard operating procedures.
• Manufacture parts to strict production schedules and timescales.
• Flag any tooling, resource or process issues to your team leader promptly.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety requirements at all times.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and quality initiatives.

CNC Grinder - Ferndown - up to £35k - Permanent

You'll be trusted to hold precision to a tighter standard than most, working on air bearing products where the tolerances genuinely matter.
Up to £35,000 is on offer for a CNC Grinder who takes real pride in getting it right first time.
Based in Ferndown, this is a chance to build proper depth in a specialist manufacturing environment.
