HSF Group in Bellaghy is seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join its manufacturing team. You will read technical drawings, set up and operate CNC press brake and tube laser machinery, and produce components to exact specifications, continuously improving processes.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings to manufacture components accurately
• Setting up and operating CNC press brake / tube laser machinery
• Folding, profiling, cutting and processing components to the required specifications
• Checking dimensions, bend angles and tolerances to maintain quality standards
• Selecting the correct tooling and machine settings for each job
• Carrying out grinding, deburring and finishing work where required
• Inspecting completed parts to ensure they meet drawing and company requirements
• Working flexibly across CNC operations as production demands require
• Working closely with supervisors and production colleagues to maintain an efficient workflow
