Job summary

Gregory-Martin International is seeking a skilled CNC Engineer to join our Essex-based team. The role involves setting and running CNC and 2nd operation machines, with a focus on aerospace components.

A strong ability to read micrometres and work to tight tolerances, plus interpreting drawings and measurements, is essential. We offer a 37-hour week, four days Monday-Thursday, and a benefits package including Pension, Health Cash Plan, and Life Assurance.

• Experience in aerospace engineering and ability to interpret drawings.
• Read micrometres and measure to tight tolerances with accuracy.
• Set and run CNC machines including lathes and manual machines.

Responsibilities

• Set and run CNC machines, lathes and manual machines.
• Operate 2nd operation machines safely and perform part inspection.
• Read micrometres and measure to tight tolerances.
• Maintain tool and machine efficiency to meet KPIs.
• Ensure a safe, clean working environment and PPE use.
