Rubicon Recruitment is seeking a CNC Grinder in Ferndown to join a specialist manufacturing environment where precision matters and training is invested in.

You will operate grinding machines, follow drawings and SOPs, and contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining health and safety standards. The role offers up to £35,000 and a four-day working week with extensive holiday and pension benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in CNC grinding in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read drawings and follow SOPs.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry.

• Ability to meet tight production times.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple grinding machines or a single complex production setup.
• Work from drawings, process control documents and standard operating procedures.
• Manufacture parts to strict production schedules and timescales.
• Flag any tooling, resource or process issues to your team leader promptly.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety requirements at all times.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and quality initiatives.

CNC Grinder - Ferndown - up to £35k - Permanent

You'll be trusted to hold precision to a tighter standard than most, working on air bearing products where the tolerances genuinely matter.

Up to £35,000 is on offer for a CNC Grinder who takes real pride in getting it right first time.

Based in Ferndown, this is a chance to build proper depth in a specialist manufacturing environment.
