Technique-Recruitment Solutions Ltd is recruiting a CNC Operator and Programmer for on-site production in Norwich. You will operate and programme the CNC extrusion machining centre and work with CAD/CAM software to optimise the process.

The role requires good engineering aptitude, adherence to health and safety, and coordination with design engineers and shop staff to meet tight production schedules.

Competitive salary negotiable with experience, 32 days holiday, and seasonal hours.

Qualifications

• Experience programming CAD/CAM CNC machines.
• Ability to operate CNC extrusion machining centre.
• Capable of coordinating with design engineers and shop staff.
• Commitment to health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and program the CNC extrusion machining centre to minimise waste.
• Coordinate with design engineers to resolve product queries.
• Organise and implement work schedules with shop staff.
• Maintain machine maintenance and keep work areas clean.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
