Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience operating and programming CNC machines.
• Understanding of CAD/CAM and ability to read drawings.

• Good engineering aptitude with CNC routing background.
• Familiar with CAD/CAM capabilities and MS Office basics.

Responsibilities

• Operate and program the CNC extrusion machining centre.
• Minimise material wastage and maximise machine utilisation.
• Report problems to your supervisor and suggest improvements.
• Train to carry out tasks within machining/finishing departments.
• Liaise with design engineers to resolve product queries.
• Maintain health and safety procedures and housekeeping.
