Job summary

SolviT Recruitment Ltd in Rugby is seeking an experienced CNC Miller Setter/Operator to lead milling operations on 5-axis machines and to optimise processes. The role involves running the milling section, CAD programming (training provided) and close collaboration with the shop floor manager.

You will set up and operate up to 5 axis milling machines, edit/write G-code, and leverage CAD experience. Local commute to Rugby is required, with opportunities for growth and training.

• Experience working with large components.
• Live local to Rugby or within a reasonable commute.
• CAD experience is a benefit.

Responsibilities

CNC Miller Setter/Operator

Salary: £39500 - £41500/hr DOE

Rugby CV22 - Full Time Permanent

We are looking for an experienced CNC Miller who has leadership experience or is looking to take that next step. This is working with a well-established engineering company that covers a huge variety of sectors, working on large components in small batches.

This is a hands on role where you will still be running 5 axis milling machines, but also optimising processes, running the milling section, CAD programming (training can be provided) and working closely with the shop floor manager.
