Qualifications

• Experience CNC programming in CAM software.
• Apprentice trained or time served.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, CAM & MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Programme CNC machines using CAM.
• Perform machining calculations (speeds and feeds).
• Define tool paths and sequence CNC operations.
• Edit programs during prove-out and coach machinists.
• Detect and correct inefficient cutting conditions and crashes.
• Analyse CNC errors and locate root causes.
