Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in CNC Press Brake setting and operation.
• Direct experience with Amada machinery.
• Proven ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Hands-on manufacturing problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Set up and safely operate CNC Press Brake machines to manufacture metal components to required specifications.
• Technical Compliance: Interpret and work accurately from engineering drawings and technical schematics.
• Material Handling: Load and unload raw materials and finished components onto and off machinery safely.
• Quality Control: Perform checks to ensure precision and adherence to quality standards.
• Maintenance & Housekeeping: Conduct routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Production Scheduling: Follow job schedules to meet production deadlines.
• Teamwork: Work independently and with the wider operations team.
