Job summary

KPJ Group is seeking a CNC Applications Engineer to join their Milton Keynes team. The role involves assessing CAD drawings, programming and setting up components, and demonstrating 3- and 5-axis CNC capabilities.

You will advise on tooling, cutting strategies and process improvements, while supporting customers and collaborating with suppliers. The ideal candidate has proven CNC machining experience, can take CAD models to finished parts, and holds a full UK driving licence with willingness to

Qualifications

• Proven CNC machining experience.
• Ability to take a CAD model/drawing through to finished part.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and Germany.

Responsibilities

• Assess drawings and CAD models to determine the best machining approach.
• Program, set up, and run components on CNC machines.
• Demonstrate capabilities of 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines.
• Provide technical guidance and training to customers.
