• Experience setting up and operating CNC milling machines with Fanuc or Haas controls.
• Apprentice trained or time served or equivalent.
• Ability to read technical engineering drawings.
• Ability to change tools and adjust offsets.
• Proficient in using measuring tools and gauges.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC 5 axis milling machines with Fanuc controls.
• Work from technical engineering drawings to manufacture parts.
• Handle aluminium and stainless steel components.
• Use measuring tools to ensure part accuracy.
• Inspect parts using gauges, verniers and micrometres to guarantee quality.
