As a CNA, you will document accurately, assist with meals, and support the healthcare team to promote positive outcomes for patients and families in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care per individualized care plans.
• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting.
• Transport and transfer patients safely.
• Monitor and document vital signs and input/output; report abnormalities.
• Complete accuchecks as directed and document promptly.
• Assist with hygiene and positioning to prevent ulcers.
• Support feeding and hydration, observe dietary restrictions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
• Conduct hourly rounds and respond to call lights promptly.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and families.
• Maintain clean, organized patient environments and prepare rooms for admissions.
• Adhere to infection control policies and hospital procedures.
• Participate in ongoing education to enhance patient care skills.
