Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care related to hygiene, nutrition, ambulation, elimination, and safety as directed by Charge Nurse.
• Documents patient care activities in the chart per guidelines.
• Completes admission tasks including height, weight, vital signs, and orientation to the facility.
• Responds promptly to call lights and resident needs; performs rounds as assigned.
• Ensures proper equipment and supplies are available and used correctly.
• Completes reports to Charge Nurse at shift change and during handoffs.
