Job summary

Bray Leino is seeking a Digital Platform & Training Executive to support a centre network with high-quality CMS training and website management. You will coordinate with Regional SAMs, Centre networks and client stakeholders to deliver training, manage content and produce performance reports.

Reporting to the Business Director, the role involves handling multiple priorities, delivering virtual CMS training, gathering feedback, and creating insightful website reports to improve engagement and

Qualifications

• Experience producing or managing web content using a CMS.
• Understanding of digital projects, workflows and publishing processes.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities.
• Clear and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Experience producing digital reports or using data to communicate performance and insight.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with the client Marketing Executive and wider Retail Marketing team.
• Coordinate website activity with Centre and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver virtual CMS training and manage training materials.
• Maintain the training calendar and adapt schedules to client needs.
• Gather feedback and report on training effectiveness.
