Job summary

GSK is seeking a skilled supply chain planner in the United Kingdom to lead planning integration between CMOs and GSK supply teams, aligning forecasts, capacity and inventory to ensure reliable supply.

You will collaborate with planning, quality, regulatory and commercial partners on risk management and data-driven plans, with opportunities to influence cross-functional change. This hybrid role offers growth and direct impact on patient supply while leveraging SAP, Excel and Power BI skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Life Sciences or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years’ experience in supply chain or production planning, including work with external manufacturers.
• Experience in a regulated environment with awareness of quality and regulatory impacts on supply.
• Practical skills with planning or reporting tools such as SAP, planning modules, Excel or Power BI.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience facilitating cross-functional workshops.
• Hybrid: based in the United Kingdom with a mix of office days and site or CMO visits as required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrated supply plans with CMOs and internal sites to meet demand and inventory targets.
• Identify supply risks and lead mitigation plans with planning, quality and regulatory teams.
• Turn planning data into clear dashboards, reports and actionable recommendations.
• Run cross-functional meetings and workshops to align priorities, timelines and escalation routes.
• Drive process standardisation and continuous improvement with CMOs to boost reliability.
• Prepare governance materials and progress updates for senior stakeholders and programme boards.
