Job summary

GSK is seeking a CMO Planning Integration Manager on a fixed-term secondment until 28 March 2028. The role drives a globally standardized SAP S/4HANA planning blueprint, harmonizes processes across Global Planning, Site Planning, Manufacturing and External Supply, and supports a major business transformation.

You will partner with IT and business teams to define governance, data ownership, and test scenarios, ensuring alignment with the global template and successful deployment across waves,

Qualifications

• Deep specialist knowledge of CMO planning and execution processes.
• Strong operational experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience in large-scale global transformation programs and SAP implementations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into global process designs and data needs.

Responsibilities

• Define the future CMO operating model and design decisions for external manufacturing and planning integration.
• Harmonize ways of working across Global Planning, Site Planning, Manufacturing and External Supply.
• Define, test, and validate process designs, data needs, reporting, and governance.
• Collaborate with deployment teams to ensure changes are reflected in solution design.
• Monitor performance post-implementation and drive continuous improvement.
