Job summary

The role requires extensive GMP experience, strategic CMO oversight, and leadership of cross-functional teams. A back-up to External Manufacturing Drug Substance, with budget responsibility and a focus on continuous improvement, is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in pharmaceutical industry with GMP background.
• Experience leading direct or matrix teams.
• Experience working with CMOs on supplier performance and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee CMO performance and OTIF delivery.
• Set strategic goals for CMOs aligned with manufacturing strategies.
• Manage budget and drive continuous improvement within the PQTS team.
• Provide leadership and development for direct reports.
