Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field.
• 4+ years in supply chain or production planning with external manufacturers.
• Experience in a regulated environment with quality/regulatory awareness.
• Strong planning or reporting tool proficiency (SAP, Excel, Power BI).
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional workshop facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrated supply plans with CMOs and internal sites.
• Identify supply risks and lead mitigation with cross-functional teams.
• Convert planning data into dashboards, reports and actionable advice.
• Lead governance meetings and alignment workshops for priorities.
• Drive standardisation and continuous improvement with CMOs.
