Job Opportunity: CMM Inspector - Milton Keynes

Salary: £57,050 plus £2,000 shift uplift (nights only)

Shift Pattern: 4x4 shifts - days & nights available

Role Overview:

In this role, you will carry out dimensional inspection of mechanical and machined components. This challenging position requires effective teamwork, clear communication, initiative, and intelligent judgment to achieve and maintain production efficiency, with a strong focus on the quality of our products.

Responsibilities:

1. Must have CMM experience working on CMM machines.
2. Identify non-conforming components and complete inspection reports.
3. Provide accurate information to enable effective decision-making.
4. Ensure data reliability and accuracy when entering information into business systems.
5. Accurately write non-conformance reports to document dimensional or visual defects on engine components.
6. Perform daily calibration of required equipment.
7. Collaborate with Quality Engineers to review, create, and improve inspection processes and support standard operating procedures to eliminate faults and maximize capabilities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• GD&T knowledge and in-depth understanding of CMMs.
