Job description

CMM ROLE - Milton Keynes

Salary is 57,050 plus 2000 shift uplift (nights only)

4X4 shift - we have days & nights available

In this role, you will carry out dimensional inspection of mechanical and machined components. This challenging position requires effective teamwork, clear communication, initiative, intelligent judgment, achieving and maintaining production efficiency, and most importantly, an unwavering dedication to the quality of our products.

The role includes:

1. Must have CMM experience
2. Working on CMM machines
3. Identify non-conforming components, complete inspection reports, and deliver accurate information to enable the best decision-making
4. Ensure data provided is 100% reliable and accurate, and entered correctly into business systems
5. Accurately write non-conformance reports to capture any dimensional or visual defects on engine components
6. Carry out daily calibration of required equipment
7. Work alongside Quality Engineers to review, create, and improve inspection processes and support standard operating procedures to eliminate faults and maximize capabilities

GD&T and in-depth knowledge of CMMs.
