Job summary

Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust is seeking an Operational Manager to lead the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) and drive service transformation. You will report within a triumvirate leadership structure and deputise for the Service Manager when needed.

You will develop partnerships with VSCE, social care, primary care and NHFT teams to ensure timely access and seamless patient journeys, while leading on safeguarding and policy implementation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading community mental health services.
• Strong partnership working with VSCE and primary care.
• Budget and resource management experience.
• Staff supervision, appraisals and wellbeing.
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational management of the CMHT.
• Develop partnerships with VSCE, social care, primary care and NHFT teams.
• Lead investigations and staff learning from incidents, complaints and concerns.
• Oversee budget, workforce planning and resource management to ensure safe care.
• Chair meetings, oversee performance, wellbeing and HR processes.
