Betfred is seeking a CMDB Manager to establish and govern the Configuration Management Database across the technology estate. You will own the CMDB platform, drive discovery and data quality, and ensure tight integration with Change, Incident and Asset Management teams.

The role requires ITIL expertise, CMDB implementation experience and strong stakeholder management skills to deliver a trusted source of truth for IT decision making.

Formación

• Demonstrable experience in Configuration Management / ITSM / IT Asset Management.
• Proven CMDB implementation or maturity programme experience.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and integration with Change/Incident/Problem Management.
• Experience with CMDB modules in ServiceNow, BMC Helix or Ivanti.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design, build and population of the new CMDB in line with ITIL best practice.
• Act as primary product owner for the CMDB platform, managing configuration, integrations and development.
• Define and document CMDB processes, policies and procedures across IT.
• Establish discovery/import mechanisms to automate item population where possible.
• Report on CMDB data quality KPIs and governance to IT leadership.
• Collaborate with Change, Asset Management and Service Desk to ensure alignment with lifecycle data.
• Integrate CMDB with ITSM tooling and service catalog.
