Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ITIL 4 Service Configuration Management.
• Experience implementing maturing enterprise-scale CM practices.
• Ability to provide governance, KPI reporting and executive insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Service Configuration Management practice with policies and controls.
• Ensure CMDB represents services, applications, infrastructure and relationships with clear ownership.
• Drive CMDB data quality, service mapping, and discovery improvements.
