Marks & Spencer seeks a Service Configuration Manager to govern the CMS across the D&T estate and ensure reliable configuration data to support ITIL aligned processes. The role leads policy, standards and governance for CMDB, service maps and data quality, collaborating with engineering, product and asset teams.

Reporting to the Change Enablement & Service Configuration Practice Owner, you will drive strategy for discovery capabilities, data quality improvements and technology enablement,

Formación

• Strong knowledge of ITIL 4 Service Configuration Management and enterprise-scale practice maturity.
• Experience with CMDB governance, data management and service modelling.
• Experience with ITSM and discovery platforms such as ServiceNow and BMC Helix.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and govern end-to-end Service Configuration Management, maintaining policies and controls.
• Ensure CMDB represents services, applications, infrastructure with clear ownership.
• Drive CMDB data quality, service mapping, discovery and data-feed improvements.
• Embed governance across engineering, operations and delivery teams; address gaps and audits.
• Provide KPI reporting and executive insights to support continual service improvement.
