Job summary

The Sirius Hotel Group Ltd is seeking a Cluster Revenue Manager to lead pricing, inventory and distribution across multiple hotels in the UK. The role focuses on driving revenue through analytical forecasting, market insights and effective channel management.

You will work with hotel teams to implement revenue best practices and optimise RMS/PMS systems. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in hotel revenue management, strong Excel skills, and experience with RMS, PMS, and OTA platforms.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in hotel revenue management.
• Strong analytical skills, commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Experience with RMS, PMS, Channel Managers, Booking Engines and OTA platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence with forecasting tools.

Responsibilities

• Creating and implementing pricing, inventory and distribution strategies.
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and booking pace to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Producing insightful forecasts, reports and performance analysis to support commercial decision-making.
• Managing OTA, direct and third-party distribution channels to maximise revenue and profitability.
• Leading weekly commercial strategy discussions and presenting revenue performance to stakeholders.
• Optimising PMS, RMS and booking systems to ensure data accuracy and operational excellence.
• Supporting hotel teams with revenue best practice, training and performance insights.
