The Doyle Collection is seeking a Cluster Reservations Agent for its London portfolio (The Marylebone, The Bloomsbury, The Kensington). You will be the ambassador delivering world class service and handling bedroom reservations with strong communication. The role requires experience in a similar position and a passion for hospitality.

Key duties include reporting, upselling, and maintaining high standards while supporting team goals and personal development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a reservations or hospitality role.
• Clear, effective communication with guests.
• Knowledge of local area and hotel services.

Responsibilities

• Promote hotel services to guests to support profitability.
• Develop product and local knowledge for the portfolio.
• Complete daily reports and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure efficient correspondence and organisation.
• Uphold LQA, Forbes and service standards.
