Job summary

TipTopJob in London is seeking an experienced Cluster HR Manager to lead HR across 4–5 hotels in London. You will act as the main HR partner for General Managers and department heads, balancing hands-on operational support with strategic people initiatives to drive engagement and service excellence.

Responsibilities include partnering with GMs, managing the full employee lifecycle, ensuring legal compliance, and developing talent across the cluster.

Qualifications

• Proven HR management experience within a multi-site or cluster hotel/hospitality environment.
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and best practice.
• CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent experience).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
• Confident handling complex employee relations cases independently.
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple sites.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a genuine passion for hospitality and people.

• Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management
• Ensure compliance with UK employment law and internal HR policies across all sites
• Lead on recruitment strategy to attract and retain top talent in a competitive London hospitality market
• Support and coach line managers on people management best practice
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and help foster a positive workplace culture across the cluster
• Oversee HR administration, payroll liaison, and HRIS data accuracy for all properties
• Manage training and development plans, including compliance and mandatory training
• Support with workforce planning, budgeting, and headcount reporting
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the cluster
