Job summary

English Heritage in Northallerton is seeking an Area Cluster Manager to lead Mount Grace Priory - House & Gardens and provide remote support to Middleham Castle, Barnard Castle and Richmond Castle. This full-time, permanent role offers a key opportunity to guide and inspire an established management team while upholding the charity's values.

You will focus on delivering financial and compliance targets, fostering an inclusive workplace, and coordinating development across sites.

Job description

We are looking for an area Cluster Manager to join our team based at Mount Grace Priory - House & Gardens on the edge of the North York Moors National Park. This is an incredible leadership opportunity for someone who is looking for the next step in their management career where you will support, develop and inspire an established management team at Mount Grace as well as provide remote support and guidance to managers based at Middleham Castle, Barnard Castle and Richmond Castle. The role is full-time (36 hours per week) and permanent., Forget the stereotypes. Salary from £32,446 , depending on skills, experience and location

• 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, pro rata, rising to 28 days after 3 years
