Job summary

English Heritage is seeking a Cluster Manager for Mount Grace Priory, with 36 hours per week and permanent status. You will lead and develop the site management team, ensure financial and compliance targets, and foster an inclusive, engaging workplace.

The role includes providing remote guidance to managers at nearby sites and delivering high standards of visitor experience across the heritage portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead your management team in day-to-day management of their sites, providing support, direction and guidance.
• Ensure financial and compliance targets are met while keeping sites enjoyable and inclusive.
• Support remote managers at Middleham Castle, Barnard Castle and Richmond Castle.
