Job summary

Isleworth Golf & Country Club is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as full-time custodial staff. Responsibilities include keeping member and community areas clean and ready for use, dusting and cleaning facilities, and restocking supplies.

The role requires outdoor work in all weather and weekend/holiday availability. Eligible candidates should have good English communication, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a valid Florida driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Must be able to work outside daily in all weather.
• Previous custodial experience preferred.
• Must lift/push/pull/stop up to 50 lbs.
• Must stand for long periods.
• Must work a rotating 1st, 2nd, or mid shift.
• Must work weekends and holidays.
• Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Keeps all club facilities clean and ready for use.
• Dusts furniture, fixtures, and light fittings.
• Vacuums carpets and sweeps/mops floors.
• Cleans restrooms for ladies and men.
• Wipes shower walls and curtains in locker rooms (employee/pool).
• Restocks towels, soap, and supplies.

This position is responsible for keeping all of Isleworth Golf & Country Club members and community areas clean and ready to be used at all times.

• Maintains a neat, tidy, organized appearance of all club facilities


• Dust all furniture, ceiling fan blades, light fixtures, columns, railings, etc.


• Vacuums carpet, sweep/mop floors


• Cleans ladies and men's restrooms


• Wipes down shower walls and curtain (in Locker Rooms) (employee/pool restrooms)


• Restocks towels, washcloths, soap, and other supplies and amenities


• Works outside that could be in adverse environmental conditions (e.g., heat, cold, and rain)

Requirements

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.


• Must be able to work outside on a daily basis in all types of weather


• Previous experience in custodial work preferred


• Must be able to lift/push/pull/stop up to 50 lbs


• Must be able to stand for long periods of time


• Must be able to work a flexible shift rotating from 1st, mid, and/or 2nd shift


• Must be able to work weekends and holidays


• Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License
