Isleworth Golf & Country Club in Orlando seeks an experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to oversee dining and beverage operations and deliver exceptional member experiences. This hands-on leader will supervise dining room and banquet staff, coordinate with F&B managers, and train service personnel in a high-end club setting.

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, beverage program expansion, and maintaining top standards in service, cleanliness, and inventory.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory/management experience in private club, country club, or fine dining.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
• Experience with POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee dining room and banquet staff to ensure top service and be ready to assist as needed.
• Communicate daily with F&B managers to align policies and procedures.
• Supervise side work and cleaning of equipment per schedule.
• Lead pre-meal meetings and relay information to team.
• Perform table checks and engage with Members on dining experience quality.
• Manage beverage inventory, orders, storage, and product rotation.
