David Lloyd Leisure in Port Solent is seeking a Club Room Manager to oversee indoor and outdoor operations and lead a team delivering high-quality food and service to members.

You will manage events (summer BBQs, quizzes, activities) and collaborate across departments to create an engaging member experience in a premium leisure club. This role also offers development opportunities and a supportive environment focused on belonging and wellbeing.

The Club Room is the hub of our clubs where our members expect quality, healthy meals and exceptional service in a comfortable environment where they can work, relax or socialise with friends and family. As a Clubroom F&B Manager, you will manage a team within our indoor and outdoor operation which will include managing events such as summer BBQs, quiz nights, and other activities!

As a Food and Beverage Manager, we are looking for someone who is:

• A self-motivated individual who will take pride in delivering great quality food and exceptional service to our members
• A strong team player with collaboration skills
• Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
