Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure is seeking a Clubroom Food and Beverage Manager to lead a team across indoor and outdoor operations, delivering high quality meals and exceptional service to our members.

You will run events such as summer BBQs and quiz nights, work as part of a collaborative team, and help drive guest satisfaction while creating a welcoming environment for members and families.

Qualifications

• A self-motivated individual who will take pride in delivering great quality food and exceptional service to our members.
• A strong team player with collaboration skills.
• Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team within indoor and outdoor operations and oversee events such as summer BBQs, quiz nights, and other activities.

As a Clubroom F&B Manager, you will manage a team within our indoor and outdoor operation which will include managing events such as summer BBQs, quiz nights, and other activities!

As a Food and Beverage Manager, we are looking for someone who is:

• A strong team player with collaboration skills
• Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
