Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in Port Solent is seeking a proactive Food and Beverage Manager to lead a busy operation, indoor and outdoor, delivering quality meals and outstanding service to members. You will nurture a large team and drive guest satisfaction in a vibrant club environment.

You will manage events such as summer BBQs and quizzes, coordinate staff across shifts, and uphold health, safety, and quality standards to create a welcoming member experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a large service operation (restaurant, leisure facility, or similar).
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with a proactive mindset.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality food and exceptional member service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the F&B team across indoor and outdoor spaces.
