Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in the United Kingdom is seeking a Club Room Food and Beverage Manager to lead a team and ensure quality, healthy meals and exceptional service in our Club Room environment.

You will oversee both indoor and outdoor operations, coordinating events such as summer BBQs and quiz nights, while promoting a thriving, inclusive culture across the club.

Qualifications

• A self-motivated individual who will take pride in delivering great quality food and exceptional service to our members.
• A strong team player with collaboration skills.
• Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).

Responsibilities

• Manage a team within our Club Room F&B operations, including events and daily service to members.
• Oversee quality, consistency and guest experience in indoor and outdoor settings.
• Collaborate with club teams to deliver engaging member experiences and reliable service.
