Job summary

Gymbox is seeking a friendly Host to welcome members and prospects, deliver engaging tours, and uphold a lively, safe club environment. You will help keep spaces clean, energised, and welcoming, while supporting club operations and member experience.

Availible for weekends/evenings across multiple clubs, you will assist with marketing campaigns and member administration and contribute to a positive atmosphere in a fast-paced fitness setting.

Qualifications

• Deliver excellent member service and uphold brand values.
• Hospitality or fitness industry background desirable.
• Availibility for minimum 16 hours a week for minum a year.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to members and prospective clients.
• Deliver club tours with up-to-date information and follow up.
• Maintain clean, welcoming member areas and gym floor.
• Stock towel area, vending and protein shake machine.
• Proactively report maintenance or facilities improvements.
• Minimise health and safety risks and escalate where needed.
• Update member details in relevant systems.
• Open and close the club according to checklists.
• Assist with marketing campaigns and member administration.
