The Hogarth Health Club in Chiswick is seeking a Duty Manager to uphold high standards of health, safety, security and cleanliness while guiding Front of House staff. You will manage member queries with empathy and ensure they feel heard, acting as a go-to on shift and coordinating coverage across departments.

You will also oversee admin tasks, reporting, and project areas, with a focus on improving checklists, standards and daily operations to support a positive member experience.

Qualificações

• First Aid qualification is required.
• Swimming Pool Water Treatment L2 is required.
• Knowledge of Fire Evacuation plan is required.

Responsabilidades

• Deal with member queries and escalations with respect, knowledge and empathy.
• Manage staff coverage across Front of House, valets, and gym desk.
• Open/close the Club following security measures and checklists.
• Complete DM reports with accuracy and detail; raise improvement ideas.
• Attend weekly DM meetings and provide team insights.
• Coordinate daily briefings with kitchen staff to inform on specials.
