Job summary

AWS EMEA SARL (UK Branch) is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead complex cloud transformation programs for enterprise clients, blending strong project leadership with deep AWS knowledge to translate business goals into technical solutions.

You will manage cross-functional teams, govern delivery, mitigate risks, and drive outcomes aligned with Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption Framework, while communicating clearly to executives and technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and relevant project delivery experience.
• Active project management certification (APM/CSM/PMI-ACP/PRINCE2) required.
• Experience leading enterprise IT engagements and multiple Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cloud transformation projects from inception to delivery.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.
• Develop and execute program-level plans with adaptable strategies.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across customers, partners and internal teams.
• Guide governance, risk, and issue management; resolve blockers.
