ELLIOTT MOSS CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Systems / Infrastructure Engineer to administer, monitor, and maintain enterprise IT infra across a multi-tenant environment in the United Kingdom. The role emphasizes reliability, security, and efficient provisioning of resources.

You'll work with AD, SQL, Veeam, MECM/SCCM, SEPM, Nutanix platforms, Ansible, and cloud/hyper-converged tech, performing patching, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination to keep systems compliant and resilient.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT / E&E or related field.
• At least 2 years IT industry experience.
• Hands-on with RHEL and Windows Server Administration; Windows client OS imaging; Nutanix Prism Central/Files/Move; Ansible.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Systems / Infrastructure Engineer to support the administration, monitoring, maintenance, and provisioning of enterprise IT infrastructure across a multi-tenant environment.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor the health and security status of approximately 120 servers using Tenable SC.

Support the upcoming technology refresh for mainstream systems.

Perform 1st-level troubleshooting for server and VM-related issues.

Troubleshoot and escalating hardware faults and software errors to contractors/vendors.

Ensure compliance and security standards across managed systems.

Perform VM and project resource provisioning across multi-tenant environments.

Carry out regular patching and maintenance of managed systems.

Administer and support common infrastructure services, including:

• Active Directory (AD)
• SQL Database
• Veeam Backup
• Microsoft Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM)
• Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM)

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant IT industry experience.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • RHEL and Windows Server Administration
  • Windows client administration and OS image provisioning
  • Nutanix platforms, including Prism Central, Nutanix Files, and Nutanix Move
  • Ansible

Possess at least one Professional-level or higher Cloud / Hyper-Converged Infrastructure certification from AWS, Microsoft, Google, Oracle, Nutanix, VMware, or equivalent
