Job summary

Elliott Moss Consulting Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced AWS Cloud Engineer to support AWS infrastructure operations, deployment, and migration across cloud environments. The role emphasizes secure, scalable architectures, automation, and ongoing improvements in collaboration with architects and technical teams.

Applicants should have 3+ years in cloud operations, hands-on AWS experience, and an AWS Architect Associate cert. Additional Kubernetes or DevOps tooling skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in cloud operations, cloud administration, infrastructure deployment, or related areas.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure, administration, and deployment.
• Experience in AWS cloud migration projects, including virtual machine and database migrations.
• Practical experience with Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Ansible, or similar automation and infrastructure-as-code tools.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification is required.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, security, scalability, and operational practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within defined service levels.

Responsibilities

• Maintain AWS cloud systems and ensure technical documentation is kept up to date.

• Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and operational issues and ensure timely resolution in accordance with defined SLAs.
• Participate in technical and operational meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical support for cloud infrastructure implementation and operational activities.
• Monitor cloud environments and identify opportunities to improve performance, reliability, security, and operational efficiency.
