Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Professional Services seeks an experienced Delivery Consultant to design, implement and manage AWS solutions for diverse customers. You will guide migrations, optimizations and best practices across project lifecycles, and mentor team members.

The role emphasizes design of scalable, secure cloud architectures, collaboration with stakeholders, and staying current with industry trends and new technologies within AWS ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Experience as technical specialist in design and architecture.
• Experience in cloud based solution (AWS or equivalent), system, network and operating system.
• 3+ years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation.
• 3+ years of experience as a contact center technology architect, enterprise IT Architect or senior contact center developer with leading platforms.
• 2+ years designing and implementing NLP/NLU (IVR or chat) solutions using major conversational AI frameworks.
• 2+ years hands-on coding experience with REST APIs and web services, with 3+ integrations.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose migration strategies.
• Acting as a trusted advisor on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Sharing knowledge through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts.
